By writing thoughts in a journal, through stream of consciousness writing or simply a list, you lessen this burden. It will be there to refer to if needed, so there are fewer pieces of information to keep in your head. Another way a journal can be handy is to use it as an escape from the hustle and bustle of the season. Writing creatively is a wonderful way to take your mind to entertaining places. When you put your daydreams on paper, it is a means of raising your vibration and increasing happiness.
Comfort
Archangel Azreal tells you, “I am with you in your time of need, helping your heart to heal.” The holidays can be stressful from the expectations family members have toward you and vice versa. Azreal can be called upon during this time for reminders that all that matters is love. Give and seek love from whomever can accept it or offer it.
