The Angels and Saints are spiritual beings who are often thought of in religious contexts, but are called on by people throughout the world. They are beings of a higher order, a higher dimension, who work with all humans, regardless of their beliefs to help you connect with a higher Source. Each has his or her own way of assisting when asked. In this reading, individual guardian angels have been called upon several times, as well as St. Raphael, the Archangel. Any time help is needed, the Saints and Angels lovingly and willingly stand by to work with you. They have offered excellent general advice for this month. Guardian Angel: Look Deeper. 
Looking deeply within yourself is a practice in self discovery, helping to understand what causes happiness, or unhappiness. When troubled, it is important to understand the basis of your feelings. Although it is easy to blame others for your unhappiness, ultimately, something deep inside is producing it. You create your reality, which means you create both your joys and sorrows. When joyful, happy, and satisfied, you are aligned with the Higher Power. Ask your Guardian Angel to work with you to continue moving in this direction. When angry, depressed, or unhappy, you have lost connection to Source energy. Again, when asked, your Guardian Angel will help you understand these feelings and assist in finding solutions to those problems. Consider sitting in silence, or meditating. While doing so, listen. This will help to connect with your Guardian Angel, Be open to thoughts that may lead to a solution, trusting that your Guardian Angel is leading you to the right path. Your Guardian Angel only has unconditional love for you and has your best interests in mind, Call upon your Guardian Angel whenever you need to know where you truly are in your life.

Higher education is education for a higher purpose. It is to enhance your life on this earth. When you seek higher education, you are fulfilling your purpose here by raising your vibration. Not only are you improving yourself when pursuing your interests, but you bring that higher energy into the world, as well. Ask your Guardian Angel to guide you on this path. With faith, you will overcome obstacles such as doubt, money, and time. It is appropriate for you to follow your heart. Do what makes you happy and captures your interest. As your vibration continues to rise, the world will experience more and more light. Be the light that illuminates. As more and more people raise their light quotient, the world will become a more friendly and peaceful place.

aphael, the Archangel: Healthful Eating.
St. Raphael is the Archangel who heals. He urges you to examine your diet for areas which can be improved. Do you eat mostly fresh fruits and vegetables? Do you try to prepare organic foods, and whole grains? St. Raphael also suggests the fewer processed foods eaten, the better. When eating a healthy diet, you feel stronger, have more energy, and are more productive. The better you feel, the higher your vibration and life’s outlook becomes more positive. The saints and angels are always seeking ways to help improve the way you feel, and how you express yourself in the world. Healthful eating is a major step in that direction.

The angels want you to know that with all that hard work done, you deserve a reward. Looking deep inside to improve yourself spiritually, advancing yourself through some sort of enhanced education mentally, and eating a healthful diet to keep your physical body in good shape take a lot of time and effort. You deserve to treat yourself to something special. It need not be extravagant, but it should be pleasurable and satisfying. In doing so, you acknowledge your efforts, are encouraged, and are more inclined to continue on this spiritual path.
Remember, your Guardian Angel is always with you to guide you, encourage you, and protect you. Call on him or her whenever you need assistance. Likewise, the Saints are available to help you in many ways. Both Angels and Saints will not engage in your life unless requested by you, so remember they are always available when you ask for help. Choose joy, happiness, contentment and satisfaction in your life and allow the Angels and Saints to walk with you.
