In this time of isolation and confusion, I would like to offer a few energy suggestions to help deal with stressful, sometimes overwhelming, feelings. Being confined and limited can wear on your patience and ability to cope. There are a number of energetic modalities which can be helpful in bringing more calmness and peace to your life.

13th Octave LaHoChi:

13th Octave LaHoChi is a high frequency energy modality which is offered to anyone who wishes to feel better by raising their vibration. It consists of two different energies. The 13th Octave is a state of being beyond all known dimensions. It is the Heart of God. LaHoChi energy is an ancient healing modality. Meditation:

This modality does not necessarily cost money, nor do you need equipment. A five or ten minute meditation in the morning when you rise can set the stage for a more relaxed day. Studies have found that meditation is beneficial in lowering stress hormones and blood pressure. It can help ground you, meaning bring stability and balance to your body, emotions, and mind. You experience more equilibrium when practicing meditation over time. Many types of meditation are available. To sit and clear your mind of thoughts is only one form. Walking in nature or along the beach is meditative. Listening to soothing music is also. Acknowledging several things you are grateful for on a daily basis is another. There are apps which offer instruction and a variety of meditations. Most offer some free stuff,, but ultimately want you to subscribe. There are many meditations on YouTube which can be relaxing to listen to as well.

Reiki:

Reiki energy has been on this planet for thousands of years. It is becoming more familiar to most people as an energy that can help solve physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual problems. Sound Healing:

Sound is a great healer. Gentle sounds like ocean waves, pulsating sounds like drumming, the vibrations of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, and soothing musical sounds help release toxins in the body when experienced in a receptive setting. I am presently offering a sound healing meditation on Facebook Live every Thursday evening at 7pm. See my Facebook page, Anita Jones. Many sound healers are offering a variety of sound experiences. They can be found on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Sitting for a while and listening to whatever is calming to you can make a big difference in your day.

Yoga:

Yoga helps release stressful tensions in your body, as well as bring peacefulness to the mind. There are many types of yoga. You can sign up for classes, tune into classes online, or use YouTube videos to do your practice. It’s a gentle form of exercise which is beneficial on many levels.

Walking:

Going for a walk can make a big difference in your mindset. Being outside in nature feels freeing and a brisk walk is a great form of exercise.

Running:

If you enjoy running, it’s a good way to release tension. It can also be of benefit through releasing endorphins in your body, which help raise your sense of well being.
